Job Summary

A call center services provider has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Agent in Beverly.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting inbound customer service, help desk, technical support, and back-office processing representatives
  • Handling inbound inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and assisting callers with product and process related inquiries
  • Professionally representing some of the most recognizable brands in the world

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
