A retail company is seeking a Remote Customer Service Agent in Charlotte.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding products and delivery
  • Reviewing alternative solutions if an item is out of stock
  • Successfully negotiating and appeasing customers using a variety of methods

Required Skills:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1 – 2 years previous customer service experience
  • Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
  • Ability to complete mandatory paid training for 3 weeks
  • Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written with capable data entry skills
