Job Summary
A recreational vehicle retail company has an open position for a Remote Customer Service Agent in Eaglewood.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and sell a variety of Good Sam memberships
- Receive and respond to membership inquiries
- Process and receive customer calls and solicit additional sales
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or equivalent; College degree or some college
- At least one year in a professional call center setting and sales experience
- Strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication and listening abilities
- Must have effective organizational skills
