Job Summary
A retail company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Agent in Las Vegas.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Addressing customer questions and concerns
- Providing product information and reviewing alternative solutions
- Issuing replacements and credits for damaged or defective merchandise
Position Requirements Include:
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to complete mandatory (virtual) paid training for 2 weeks
- 1 – 2 years previous customer service experience
- Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
- Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written with capable data entry skills
