Job Summary

A retail company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Agent in Las Vegas.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Addressing customer questions and concerns
  • Providing product information and reviewing alternative solutions
  • Issuing replacements and credits for damaged or defective merchandise

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to complete mandatory (virtual) paid training for 2 weeks
  • 1 – 2 years previous customer service experience
  • Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
  • Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written with capable data entry skills
