Job Summary
A multi-channel retailer of specialty home products needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Service Agent in Las Vegas.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Addressing customer questions and concerns
- Providing product information, reviewing alternative solutions
- Successfully negotiating and appeasing customers
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1 – 2 years previous customer service experience
- Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
- Strong ability to communicate both verbally and writen
- High School diploma or GED
- Capable data entry skills
