Job Summary

A multi-channel retailer of specialty home products needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Service Agent in Las Vegas.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Addressing customer questions and concerns
  • Providing product information, reviewing alternative solutions
  • Successfully negotiating and appeasing customers

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 1 – 2 years previous customer service experience
  • Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
  • Strong ability to communicate both verbally and writen
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Capable data entry skills
