Job Summary

A multi-channel retailer of specialty home products is in need of a Remote Customer Service Agent in Tampa.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding products
  • Providing product information
  • Successfully negotiating and appeasing customers

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 – 2 years previous customer service experience
  • Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
  • Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written
