A multi-channel retailer of specialty home products is in need of a Remote Customer Service Agent in Tampa.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding products
- Providing product information
- Successfully negotiating and appeasing customers
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 – 2 years previous customer service experience
- Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
- Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written
- Capable data entry skills
- Able to meet all technical requirements
