Job Summary
A chemicals company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Agent in the Eagan Area.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Utilizing your problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Processing 100 inbound calls per day
- Handling all calls in a prompt and courteous manner
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be able to attend an in person interview and a 1-2 week training period in Eagan
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite software
- High speed, wired, broadband Internet connection
- High school qualifications or equivalent
