Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service and Claims Representative in the San Antonio Area.
Must be able to:
- Answer incoming phone calls and identify the type of assistance needed
- Review and research incoming healthcare claims from members and providers
- Ensure that the proper benefits are applied to each claim
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to attend onsite training and occasional meetings
- High school diploma or GED, or 10 years of equivalent working experience
- Demonstrated ability in using computer and Windows PC applications
- Must have a private work area and keep all documents secure in lockable drawers
- Must live in a location that can receive a high-speed internet connection
