Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service and Claims Representative in the San Antonio Area.

Must be able to:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and identify the type of assistance needed
  • Review and research incoming healthcare claims from members and providers
  • Ensure that the proper benefits are applied to each claim

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to attend onsite training and occasional meetings
  • High school diploma or GED, or 10 years of equivalent working experience
  • Demonstrated ability in using computer and Windows PC applications
  • Must have a private work area and keep all documents secure in lockable drawers
  • Must live in a location that can receive a high-speed internet connection
