Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Customer Service and Claims Representative in the Sharonville Area.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering incoming phone calls from customers and identify the customer needs
  • Asking appropriate questions and actively listening to identify specific questions or issues
  • Owning problems through to resolution on behalf of the customer

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to attend onsite training classes and attend onsite meetings
  • At least a high school diploma or GED OR 10 years of equivalent working experience
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner
  • Ability to listen skillfully, collect information, determine requests and identify needs
