A contact center is seeking a Remote Customer Service and Customer Retention Specialist in Cincinnati.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Compassionately handling sensitive situations
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening
- Handling and carefully responding to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Able to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Must have a compassionate customer service mindset
- Must be to able interact with various types of customers
