Job Summary

A business services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service and Relationship Management Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Talking to customers over the phone, email, online chat or social media to resolve issues
  • Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
  • Tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
  • Customer service experience a plus
  • Phone-related customer service experience is a major plus
