Job Summary
A provider of telehealth services is seeking a Remote Customer Service and Support Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing the front line technical and customer service team members
- Assisting in closing Tier I and Tier II tickets
- Creating action plans to address and improve customer satisfaction results
Position Requirements Include:
- Prior experience using Salesforce or another CRM solution
- Experience using GSuite products including Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides
- High speed internet sufficient to support video conferencing
- Experience with skill-based routing
- Thorough understanding of call center metrics
