Job Summary

A provider of telehealth services is seeking a Remote Customer Service and Support Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing the front line technical and customer service team members
  • Assisting in closing Tier I and Tier II tickets
  • Creating action plans to address and improve customer satisfaction results

Position Requirements Include:

  • Prior experience using Salesforce or another CRM solution
  • Experience using GSuite products including Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides
  • High speed internet sufficient to support video conferencing
  • Experience with skill-based routing
  • Thorough understanding of call center metrics
