Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle 25-40 inbound calls, entering data into the system while speaking with customers
- Assist Financial Services Professionals and customers with inquiries about individual life insurance policies
- Provide account updates and basic troubleshooting for customers navigating the website
Required Qualifications
- College degree strongly preferred
- Financial services industry knowledge is a plus
- Proven record of dependability and punctuality
- Ability to learn and retain a large amount of technical information quickly
- Must be available for training hours from 10:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Time
