Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle 25-40 inbound calls, entering data into the system while speaking with customers
  • Assist Financial Services Professionals and customers with inquiries about individual life insurance policies
  • Provide account updates and basic troubleshooting for customers navigating the website


Required Qualifications
  • College degree strongly preferred
  • Financial services industry knowledge is a plus
  • Proven record of dependability and punctuality
  • Ability to learn and retain a large amount of technical information quickly
  • Must be available for training hours from 10:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Time
