Job Summary

Supporting bank partners, merchants, and cardholders, the full-time Remote Customer Service Associate will manage high volumes of inbound calls, resolve electronic payment inquiries, and document interactions accurately in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls regarding electronic payments and account activity, providing assistance and resolving issues
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately while meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Troubleshoot basic technical and service issues related to payment processing and escalate complex issues as needed
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or financial services environment
  • Proficiency in using a computer to navigate multiple applications and document customer interactions
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic service and technical issues related to electronic payments
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to maintain a quiet and secure work environment for uninterrupted customer conversations
