Remote Customer Service Associate

Job Summary

To support the claims processing team, the full-time Remote Customer Service Claims Associate will manage claim assignments, enter application information into the claims management system, and communicate with customers regarding their claims status and documentation requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assigns new claims to the appropriate claims handler
• Enters verbal and written application information accurately into the claims management system
• Contacts customers to provide updates on claim status and documentation requirements

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Over one year of clerical or customer service experience
• Experience in claims processing is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
