Job Summary

A manufacturer is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering, researching and resolving inquiries
  • Acting as Corporate Liaison between guests and various departments
  • Identifying and communicates systemic and recurring service issues to departmental, Operations and Training Leaders

Position Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of recent experience in a Customer Service support role
  • Computer experience along with an acceptable WPM of at least 30
  • Must have a passion for customer service excellence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to take and process 60- 80 calls and 20-30 emails per day
