Job Summary
A global communications company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Associate.
Must be able to:
- Receive incoming telephone calls from customers and determine the reason for call (sales or support issue)
- Attempt to assist with the issue, if possible
- Dispatch on-site technician as needed
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Outgoing and personable demeanor
- Previous experience with help desk or customer service required
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
