Job Summary

A systems integration company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Associate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and strive to meet service standards
  • Providing front-line phone customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers
  • Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year experience in an office environment
  • 1 year experience using a computer with Microsoft Windows PC applications
  • Previous insurance industry experience that required
