Job Summary
A systems integration company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Associate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and strive to meet service standards
- Providing front-line phone customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers
- Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience in an office environment
- 1 year experience using a computer with Microsoft Windows PC applications
- Previous insurance industry experience that required
