A mortgage lending company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Associate I in the Jacksonville Area.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering 30-50 inbound calls a day
  • Promoting products that benefit customers
  • Assisting customers with payments, due date changes, and other issues

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 or more years customer service experience
  • Ability to complete 2 weeks of virtual training
  • Must live within a 60 mile radius of Jacksonville, FL
