Job Summary
A staffing and workforce management firm is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls, manage E-mail and other web based systems (Portals)
- Entering Service Requests and orders into designated internal work order system
- Scheduling services with service partners
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in a professional setting
- Customer service experience in high volume call center
