Job Summary

A staffing and workforce management firm is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming phone calls, manage E-mail and other web based systems (Portals)
  • Entering Service Requests and orders into designated internal work order system
  • Scheduling services with service partners
