A professional services firm is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Associate in Danville.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Answering inbound phone calls to schedule appointments for participants
• Responding to instant live chat requests with colleagues and supervisors
• Researching options in proprietary tools and elsewhere on the internet

Required Skills:

• Strong keyboarding skills and desktop navigation
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Must successfully complete a 10-day paid training course
• Experience and comfort using telephony, internet and computer tools
• Proven success in maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
