Job Summary

A multi-channel specialty retailer has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Associate in Las Vegas.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Resolving complex customer issues and inquiries
  • Researching information and possess good judgment to resolve customer issues
  • Providing first line customer service to our clients residing and ordering outside of the United States

Required Skills:

  • You have strong knowledge of computers, internet programs and Microsoft product lines
  • Experience troubleshooting own equipment as needed
  • You demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, independent decision making and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint and Office applications
  • Knowledge of AS400 and work from home business usage
  • Experience in a remote setting
