Job Summary
A moving and storage company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Associate in Reno.
Must be able to:
- Build rapport with customers and create a comfortable environment for them
- Use probing questions to help the customer understand their needs
- Coordinate the scheduling and fulfillment of products and services
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service and/or hospitality
- Experience working in a contact center
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Display high level of professionalism while interacting with internal/external customers
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays
