Job Summary
A critical health and human services program provider has an open position for a Remote Customer Service Associate Specialist .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintain a current understanding of CDC INFO procedures
- Handle customer service inquiries and problems
- Use computer system
Position Requirements Include:
- High School diploma or GED required
- 6 months customer service/administrative /call center experience
- Proven verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with a PC and a Windows environment
- Ability to effectively work within established contractual turnaround times
- Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
