Job Summary

A critical health and human services program provider has an open position for a Remote Customer Service Associate Specialist .

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Maintain a current understanding of CDC INFO procedures
  • Handle customer service inquiries and problems
  • Use computer system

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 6 months customer service/administrative /call center experience
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with a PC and a Windows environment
  • Ability to effectively work within established contractual turnaround times
  • Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
