Job Summary
An employee benefits provider is seeking a Remote Customer Service Benefit Advocate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting members with complex issues
- Assisting with preparation for doctor visits
- Assisting and supporting Members in navigating the healthcare system
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3 years of medical clerical experience, health benefits, or insurance coordination or equivalent
- Experience with managing client advocacy cases that require one or multiple interactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, data entry and electronic mail applications
- Ability to sit and use the phone for long periods of time
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
