An insurance company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative in Colorado Springs.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building trust by understanding the unique needs of our customers
- Resolving customer needs effectively and efficiently
- Helping customers with insurance needs like adding/deleting vehicles and drivers from policies
Qualifications for this position include:
- Potential to work from home after completing on-site training
- One or more years of college education or relevant work experience
- Experience in customer service, sales and/or influencing others
- Multitasking and time management skills
- Effectively communicating verbally and in writing
