Job Summary
A not-for-profit organization that owns the largest purebred dog pedigree registry in the world is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Call Center Reunite Recovery Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing recoveries of lost and found animals from inquiries via phone, fax, email or web-based
- Providing data entry and customer service duties for company's Reunite microchip enrollments
- Processing enrollments sent by customers and to update current records or handle transfer of ownership per customer requests
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Demonstrated pleasant telephone demeanor with the ability to communicate well with a diverse customer base
- Availability to work 1 weekend shift each week
- Ability to enter call information accurately into call management system and escalate more complex issues in a timely manner as directed
- High School diploma with up to 3 years Customer Service and Call Center experience
- Ability to work remotely or from your home
