A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Customer Service Call Center Specialists in Athens.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Handle customer application process
• Assist with Customer resolution
• Assist with account balance and inquiries Qualifications

Qualifications Include:

• Must be able to attend training during Training Hours : 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)
• Customer Service, Typing, and Microsoft Word
• Ability to handle high-volume phone
• Willing to consent to a client specific drug screen & background check
