Best Agent Business offers virtual assistants working as project managers and collaborating with our in-house marketing, database, lead, listings, closings, and accounting teams to provide a seamless business team experience to real estate agents nationwide. In 2017, we had over 100 people working with Lifebushido and over 100 clients. We are growing steadily.

Customer Service Callers

We have immediate growth needs for Customer Service Callers, US-based, for 10-25 hours per week to assist real estate agents in following up with their leads (people looking to buy homes). Customer Service Callers work to connect the leads to an agent when they are ready to buy. This type of calling is referred to as warm buyer lead calling because these leads have voluntarily provided their information to the agents either while attending sponsored events, having visited their website, or left their information on sites like Zillow. There is no cold calling and this is not a sales position, it is customer service.

Provided they have excellent track record, Customer Service Callers have opportunities for monetary and personal growth by applying for other job openings within the company. We give preference to our employees before hiring from outside!

We have a unique hiring and training process (0-3 months) to support our virtual community and infrastructure. You can fast track through it if you have our preferred qualifications listed below.

The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. Excellent communication and client service skills are a must.

Compensation: Starting pay is $10/hr with opportunity to earn bonuses. Paycheck is deposited directly, once a month, in your bank account.

Hours Required: minimum of 10 up to a maximum of 25 hours per week

Mandatory Training: It takes about 3 months to be properly trained in our proprietary systems and become a Customer Service Caller. You will be required to clear each training level with a passing grade on a quiz: All training is paid on the job work.

New Hire Tasks and Lead Management (Month 1) - You will learn internal systems, how we work with databases and our proprietary methods of updating/organizing.

Calling (Month 2-3) - You will learn how to call warm buyer leads from sites like Zillow and provide customer service calling for our clients to help people buy a home. Calling training starts at 5 hrs/wk goes up to 10 hrs/wk to end at 15 hrs/wk. If you are successful you will be able to add more hours up to maximum allowed of 25 hrs/wk. You may also be able to fast track through training by substituting your considerable Customer Service or Outbound Calling experience.
