A workforce solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Service Care Coordinator in Dublin.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assist customers with placing orders
• Perform outbound calls to PBM helpdesks
• Send scripted emails to customers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• May be asked to come into the office occasionally for meetings/trainings
• Must have savvy technical skills
