A workforce solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Service Care Coordinator in Dublin.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist customers with placing orders
- Perform outbound calls to PBM helpdesks
- Send scripted emails to customers
