Job Summary

A law firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Case Consultant in the Las Vegas Area.

Must be able to:

• Provide a first-class customer experience
• Communicate effectively with clients

Required Skills:

• Must live in the state of Nevada and within driving distance of Las Vegas (may be required to come into the city with a 24 hour notice)
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Used to adapting in an ever-changing environment and handling multiple priorities
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Ability to work in an inbound/outbound blended environment
• Must be willing and able to pass Internet Speed Test, 60 Mbps download/30 Mbps upload speed before training
