Job Summary

An insurance company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Claims Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering incoming calls to resolve customer issues
  • Applying critical thinking skills to resolve issues
  • Taking ownership of customer issues

Qualifications Include:

  • 1 year experience in customer service, insurance, or related
  • 1 year experience in a production driven role/environment
  • Must be a good listener
  • Must meet minimum internet speeds
