Job Summary

An online retailer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Troubleshooting and resolving customer service inquiries while building a relationship with the customer
• Providing service to customers seeking assistance with post-order issues
• Navigating multiple software applications and technologies

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Reside in the following states: Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Colorado and Washington
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent customer-facing work experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically while working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Passion for helping others
• All other requirements necessary for this position
