Job Summary
A cloud platform company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing proactive technical support to end users
- Creating FAQ’s and work to streamline support processes
- Working closely with UX and product teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to work remotely and travel as required
- Experience in setting up and/or leading a customer support team
- Knowledge of scaling and optimising a Customer Support function
- Ability to build and analyze reports and identify recurring issues and pain points
- Have a second line support technical capacity
- Experience working with customers and ensuring the business is exceeding SLAs
