Job Summary

A cloud platform company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing proactive technical support to end users
  • Creating FAQ’s and work to streamline support processes
  • Working closely with UX and product teams

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to work remotely and travel as required
  • Experience in setting up and/or leading a customer support team
  • Knowledge of scaling and optimising a Customer Support function
  • Ability to build and analyze reports and identify recurring issues and pain points
  • Have a second line support technical capacity
  • Experience working with customers and ensuring the business is exceeding SLAs
