Job Summary
An optical retail company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service COVID 19 Leave Administrator in Duluth.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Administering all aspects of the company’s COVID-19 leaves
- Independently determining associate’s COVID-19 leave of absence eligibility
- Counseling associates on COVID-19 leave policies, practices and procedures
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2-4 years Human Resources or Administrative/Customer Service/Data Entry experience
- Ability to process COVID-19 leaves of absence and return to work notices
- Ability to conduct thorough case management
