Job Summary

A leading financial institution software has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Data Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing primary customer service via both phone and email for end-user questions
  • Supporting both customer service and technical support with SQL database queries as needed
  • Troubleshooting data anomalies or errors related to bank-specific data

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to write and understand moderate to complex SQL queries
  • Strong knowledge of relational database concepts
  • Experience with customer service or software support
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management
