Job Summary
A customer service outsourcing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Delivery Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Assist customers with a wide variety of questions
- Review employee accounts and answer questions
- Troubleshoot complex issues with little guidance
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year customer service experience in financial services or health care industry
- Ability to multi-task (talk and type at the same time) and use multiple applications
- Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications
- Flexibility to work specified shift and extended hours as necessary
