Job Summary
A biotechnology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Donor Support Technician.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing the autopheresis machine for the pheresis process
- Using PDA to link equipment and soft goods used in the pheresis process to the appropriate donor
- Maintaining confidentiality of all personnel, donor and center information
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of three (3) months work experience
- Must be able to perform basic math calculations
- Ability to understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions
- Must be able to see and speak with customers and observe equipment operation
- Fast paced environment with frequent interruptions
