A business solutions provider is seeking a Remote Customer Service eCommerce Associate in Los Angeles.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Maintain product data and technical documentation
  • Provide phone, chat, and e-mail support to retail customers
  • Review and update client websites' product photos and descriptions

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Possesses an understanding of marketing and sales
  • Experience working in customer support necessary
  • Previous experience using complex software required; knowledge of Hubspot, WordPress, and/or Magento is required
  • Can write professionally for website specifications
  • Knowledge of the home design industry, especially interior decor and lighting
