A business solutions provider is seeking a Remote Customer Service eCommerce Associate in Los Angeles.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintain product data and technical documentation
- Provide phone, chat, and e-mail support to retail customers
- Review and update client websites' product photos and descriptions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Possesses an understanding of marketing and sales
- Experience working in customer support necessary
- Previous experience using complex software required; knowledge of Hubspot, WordPress, and/or Magento is required
- Can write professionally for website specifications
- Knowledge of the home design industry, especially interior decor and lighting
