An international shipping company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service eCommerce Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing timely and accurate information to incoming customer orders
- Professionally addressing customer issues
- Processing customer orders and changes according
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Microsoft Suite, Live Chat, Typing 35+ WPM, and Internet Applications experience
- Must have personal computer/laptop
- Must have high speed Internet access
