A customer service outsourcing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Escalation Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing immediate feedback to supervisors and managers of individual performance issues
- Leading specialists in response to customer issues, complex inquiries, and difficult situations
- Ensuring that all customer escalations and complaints are managed within company guidelines
Position Requirements Include:
- Strong keyboard skills
- Knowledge of dental terminology/procedures/radiographs
- Basic knowledge of HIPAA guidelines
- Skilled in basic mathematical calculations
- Skilled at deescalating difficult or complex situations
- Strong problem solving skills
