Job Summary

A customer service outsourcing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Escalation Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing immediate feedback to supervisors and managers of individual performance issues
  • Leading specialists in response to customer issues, complex inquiries, and difficult situations
  • Ensuring that all customer escalations and complaints are managed within company guidelines

Position Requirements Include:

  • Strong keyboard skills
  • Knowledge of dental terminology/procedures/radiographs
  • Basic knowledge of HIPAA guidelines
  • Skilled in basic mathematical calculations
  • Skilled at deescalating difficult or complex situations
  • Strong problem solving skills
