Job Summary
A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Customer Service Extraordinaire in Salt Lake City.
Must be able to:
- Provide up to date, real-time information to inquiring members
- Work with members on account disputes
- Assist members with website navigations or application processing
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task, use dual monitors, and work with multiple systems
