Job Summary
A health group is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Health Advocate.
Must be able to:
- Respond to and resolve customer service inquires and issues on the first call
- Guide and educate customers about the fundamentals and benefits of consumer-driven health care topics
- Contact care providers (doctor’s offices) on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling or connections
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of combined education, work and/or volunteer experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
