Job Summary

A health group is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Health Advocate.

Must be able to:

  • Respond to and resolve customer service inquires and issues on the first call
  • Guide and educate customers about the fundamentals and benefits of consumer-driven health care topics
  • Contact care providers (doctor’s offices) on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling or connections

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years of combined education, work and/or volunteer experience
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
