Job Summary

A retail company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Service Help Desk.

Must be able to:

  • Meet and maintain department production standards
  • Handle escalated calls upon request and follows up on customer issues
  • Provide support and teaching to call center and cyber agents and retail associates

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal, to a varied audience
  • Good problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
  • Strong organizational skills - must be capable of multi-tasking duties
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 to 3 years Retail and/or Contact Center
