Job Summary
A retail company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Service Help Desk.
Must be able to:
- Meet and maintain department production standards
- Handle escalated calls upon request and follows up on customer issues
- Provide support and teaching to call center and cyber agents and retail associates
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal, to a varied audience
- Good problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
- Strong organizational skills - must be capable of multi-tasking duties
- High School Diploma or GED
