A brick-and-mortar retail and e-commerce company is seeking a Remote Customer Service Help Desk Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing support and teaching to call center and cyber agents and retail associates
- Handling escalated calls upon request and follows up on customer issues
- Identifying and tracking questions/trends and communicates information to various internal partners
