Job Summary
A manufacturing company is seeking a Remote Customer Service Liaison.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Consultation scheduling for Corporate-Owned Operation locations supported by the Customer Care department
- Accepting calls from TLS providing scheduling support for customer who are unable to be scheduled
- Contacting and scheduling consultations with customer that fall outside of local service territories
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to work virtually in a quiet, designated area with high-speed internet access
- Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to quickly switch tasks and work across multiple applications
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge and familiarity of current technology tools and Microsoft office suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
