Job Summary

A manufacturing company is seeking a Remote Customer Service Liaison.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Consultation scheduling for Corporate-Owned Operation locations supported by the Customer Care department
  • Accepting calls from TLS providing scheduling support for customer who are unable to be scheduled
  • Contacting and scheduling consultations with customer that fall outside of local service territories

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to work virtually in a quiet, designated area with high-speed internet access
  • Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends
  • Ability to quickly switch tasks and work across multiple applications
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge and familiarity of current technology tools and Microsoft office suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
