Job Summary
A marketing company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Messaging Agent.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing vehicle ownership support information to customers seeking assistance
- Assisting customers through SMS text interactions and by phone
- Delivering extraordinary customer experiences
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of customer service experience
- Ability to confidently build rapport and engage in a professional manner
- Ability to speak and type concurrently with proficient literacy
- Computer, keyboarding and telephone proficiency as business needs require
- Ability to negotiate/mediate resolutions that meet client, customer and company objectives
