  • Resolving customer inquiries and exceeding service delivery standards

Position Requirements Include:

  • 1+ year customer service experience
  • Strong writing skills, in command of voice, accuracy, and speed
  • Strong speaking skills, in articulation, clarity, and compassion
  • Empathetic and committed to maintaining empathy in all customer interactions
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and can multi-task effectively to get the job(s) done
