Job Summary
A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Customer Service Professional.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as first customer point of contact regarding routine service issues
- Referring more complex issues to appropriate service partners
- Maintainingan appropriate study schedule
Qualifications for this position include:
- Demonstrated skill troubleshooting and identifying root causes and resolving issues
- Willingness to focus on the licensing study expectations
- Excellent customer service skills
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- FINRA Series 6, or ability to obtain within 45 days of start date
