Job Summary

A financial services institution is in need of a Remote Customer Service Professional .

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing information to policy holders, parents, spouses, and beneficiaries
  • Receiving, evaluating and answering customer inquiries which are predominately routine
  • Using computerized system for tracking, information gathering, providing information

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 1-3 years of directly related customer service experience
  • 1-3 years of well-developed transaction processing experience
  • Ability to learn and retain a significant amount of technical information in a short period of time
  • Proficiency with a keyboard and window-based applications, including Internet
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
